Interviewed for Acute Care Neuro. Was a very short and matter of fact interview as they are extremely short staff. A lot of the actual unit culture and turnover/retention rate were glossed over.

Entrevista
My Initial interview was with the nurse manager followed by a nurse recruiter ( I worked on the unit of interest as a local travel nurse). I also interviewed with the operation manager for the unit of interest. Salary negotiation followed (Have general knowledge of nursing salaries in your state and do not accept the first offer).

Process was pretty fast and responded a day or two later for the offer letter. Questions were typical questions about nursing and asking what if situational questions. Got a quick tour of the unit as well and staffs were friendly.
