Interview was like speed dating! Sat down with many different units and talked about expectations, orientation, and patient population. There were pros and cons to these "mini" interviews. Overall I would have preferred a more traditional interview setting

The process includes applying online and attending a hiring event. At the event, I was presented with a panel interview with different units. I feel this opportunity was excellent, allowing me to gain insight about specific units. and tasks required of each.

Entrevista
The interviewers were very rude and stand offish during it and were not professional! If they did not want to interview people they should have not done it because it puts future nurses not want to work there post graduation!
