There was a quick conversation to start about why I am interested in the position and unit, and then there was a structured interview. There were two people and they went back and forth asking questions and taking notes.

It was a virtual interview with a manager. It was a great interview experience with a nice explanation of the unit and seems very supportive. Heard back within a week from the HR.
