The interview process was thorough was also informal. When I arrived at the agency, I was asked to complete a "quiz" before beginning the interview. The quiz was formatted with fill in the blank and open-ended questions about local community resources and how one would handle challenging situations with clients. I was then interviewed by two supervisors, and the quiz was reviewed with me at this time. I was also asked a series of questions regarding my previous work experiences. The supervisors were very forth-coming and honest with me regarding the kind of work I would be doing (in-home case management).
