Met with a company recruiter who basically just asked about my education background and internships. I have no relevant, previous work experience, just unpaid internships. Whole process took less than 30 minutes. The interviewer was not actually a person who had worked in the field, but instead just worked with HR.

The interview process was smooth! After I had a phone interview and an in-person interview they called me within 1 week. Overall in the interview, they asked questions about my favorite intervention method. They also explain the compensation if you are a counselor or social worker that is licensed or not. They do very well with explaining the next steps, expectations, and overall job description. I
