An initial interview with one of the PIs and a postdoc, followed by two more interviews with lab team members, and concluding with a final meeting with the PI I would be working under to assess fit and interest in the project.

Asked me about my previous projects, and why I was interested in the lab's work.
It was pretty Straightforward, 3 rounds: screener, fellow research assistant, hiring panel of doctors and NP in research, appreciated how fast it moved until the final interview, it took a long time to hear back

Entrevista
The interview process was simple and straightforward - I had a series of email exchanges and phone calls to set up a time to interview in person. I then met with several members of the team in person for a 1-hour interview.
