The interview process was fairly straightforward and conducted via Microsoft Teams. It was about 30 minutes and included two interviewers. The questions were mostly focused on my prior experience with medical records, handling high-volume documentation, and how I manage accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
The interviewers were professional and structured in their approach. They asked standard behavioral and experience-based questions, such as describing a typical workday, how I handle mistakes, and how I stay organized under pressure. There was also some discussion about the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
