Had 2 phone interviews in the last couple of months with them. Both talent acquisition reps said they will follow up the week after and they never did, neither did they reply to my emails.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
