I applied online and went through a process that lasted over a month, including three rounds of interviews in Seattle. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and felt quite unprofessional. After my second interview, which was a panel interview, I was told I would receive an update within a week, but it took three weeks to hear back. I was then invited to a third on-site interview, where the interviewer arrived late and seemed rushed throughout the conversation. After that, I was completely ghosted. I understand that the company may choose to move forward with another candidate, but the lack of communication and respect throughout the process was disheartening. Based on my experience, the organization appears to be disorganized.
