The job posted a minimum salary with commission possible. I interviewed and was invited back for a second interview, but I left after sitting in the lobby for an hour. I asked several times if I should be doing something, but was told someone would be with me shortly. I asked a random employee directly about the position and was very unhappy to discover it was commission only. It was a waste of my time and very unprofessional of Northwest.
