Simple phone interview was scheduled. Questions seemed fairly canned and it didn't appear that the initial interviewer had working knowledge of the type of work for which they were interviewing. I also received two separate phone calls from the same person letting me know they chose to proceed with another candidate. He did not seem to remember that he had already called and informed me of the decision, which was odd and a bit awkward.
