The first interview I had met with a lady who was apparently screening candidates for the internship but she seemed like she was hyping me up about insurance. It must have been pretty close to her standard sales pitch because I felt like I was being sold a policy. On the second interview I met with a man who was a senior manager. he never reviewed my qualifications, he had not even looked at my resume. He asked me to tell him what was basically in my resume that he should have read. I told him to find it and read it if he is serious about hiring me.
