Very nice recruiter. Laid back interview process, seemed more like a casual conversation than an interview. However, all they want you to do is sell their life insurance to everyone you know. If you have no problem with this or believe you could be good at it, then give this internship a try.

Interviews were very easy. Didn't feel like there was any competition. Met with a recruiter, director of growth, and didn't go through with final interview. Needed to fill out referrals sheet and conduct interviews that concluded with asking if they would be interested in my service.

Teams call with the director of recruiting who was herself a skilled salesperson and had her script memorized to a tee. This was clearly a commission sales job where the candidate would have to use their own connections to generate their own leads. But, the product isn't terrible or outside my wheelhouse so I was interested in continuing with the process. I then failed their outdated "personality test", the type which has been debunked as completely ineffective, so the director of recruiting told me my candidacy was "on pause".
