O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Northwestern Mutual em jun. de 2009
Entrevista
Was recruited through a university career fair. Called by managing director two weeks after fair. Went in for one on one interview. Was asked generic questions about community affiliations and prior sales experience. Then given 30 'market surveys' to give and discuss with friends and family, each asking for eight referrals. All they really want to know is how many people you know personally in the area, are you good at getting referrals, and can you sell their products. It's all about getting names and referrals! Was offered position but declined because it felt like I was just being offered a job as a pushy used car salesperson.

Entrevista
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.

Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
