Went into the office for a group interview. First, I had a one on one interview with the recruiter who asked your typical interview questions: where do you see yourself in 10 years, what's your greatest strengths, etc. The next step was a group interview. There were probably 10 of us in the room from colleges from all around Southern California. First, we watched a movie about how "Great" Northwestern is and that they're the "quietest yet most successful" company in the world. Finally, myself and another individual were pulled from the group and taken to a senior vice president's office where the senior manager interviewed us congruently. Ultimately, got offered the internship but wasn't interested in pursuing a career in life insurance/financial advising

Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.

Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
