Got call from recruiter and asked about myself and forwarded my profile to HR .they setup Zoom interview with the team .Interview was half behavioral and half Technical and at end of the interview they took coding exam.

They called me for a phone screen but I missed the call. I called them back when I was free a few hours later and I continued to call them daily for a few days. I’m not desperate for a job, so I stopped calling. The recruiter said they’d be available that same day to talk, but they were not. This is a terrible recruiting experience. My application was submitted a month ago, and I’m just now hearing back from NM. However, now I’ve been ghosted.
