Entrevista
Excellent process all together. Clear communication in all aspects to know what information was needed and when. Challenges were part of the process, i.e. conducting market surveys to obtain perception of the insurance industry from the population as well as referrals to conduct additional surveys. Recruiter and Managing Director very professional in all dealings. Timely communication. Office environment very pleasant and professional.
Advice: This position is an independent contractor position so you need to be sure you have entrepreneurial drive. The market survey is key for you to know if you can handle meeting face to face with strangers, questioning, listening and obtaining good leads.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.

The first interview was easygoing and went fairly well. We talked a little on myself and what northwestern was all about. Because they wanted to see how I could fit in to their team and what I would bring.

The process was smooth and straight forward. A lot of behavioral based questions, but relaxed and low stress. First phase is a phone screening followed by a teams or in person meeting.
