The recruitment officer came across my linkedin profile. There was brief phone interview, we scheduled a f2f interview couple of days later. The interview was pretty straighforward. Short presentation of the company, some info about the interview/hiring process etc.After the interview there are some online personality tests to do.Usually the process takes 3-4 weeks, multiple interviews/meetings with mentors,other executives etc. The position is based on friends and family kind of network and commission based.
