Firstly, we just talk about why I want to apply the position. Then I introduced my current projects carrying on at my current position. Then the interviewer began to introduce the projects at his group. Althougth he can not introduce too much information as some of them are confidential, he still described the purpose the research. Finally the conversation went into personal communication, including my future career plan, the detail about the time I planned to serve at his group.

Entrevista
The interview process was quick and smooth. The work was regarding with lot of opportunities. The environment is pretty and easy to access with a variety of instruments provided to accomplish tasks. I would likely recommend this place.

The project manager emailed about an in-person interview (no phone interview), and it was a panel-style interview. Overall, it was fair with challenging questions about my experience and how I've worked with people in the past.

As always for a scientist - it's all about who you know. I asked to work for this lab, then interviewed and gave a presentation. I did have to submit three recommendations as well, but that was the extent of the hiring and interview process for me.
