Interview panel of six (consisting of HR members and team members) asking questions regarding education, willingness to travel ect. and going over basic expectations and job structure. Very informal, given it was a remote interview.

They called me on a very harsh sounding phone and it sounded like three or four people were using the same phone. Some were quiet sounding because of where they were sitting. One of the principal geologists left the interview half way through without giving a reason. Everything seemed to be going well until I told them I had a felony from 2011. I like to be up front about it just in case they do the full background check instead of the standard 7 year one. Never received a single email from them during the entire hiring process. Not one confirming interview date and time. No updates, no confirmations, nothing. Also, before the interview and after the interview on two separate occasions, I received calls from someone at their office. Both times, I was unable to answer the call due to being occupied or just being an inopportune time to answer. But they chose not to leave a voicemail, a text, or an email summarizing why they called. Even though they didn't make an offer, my overall impression is that they were a disorganized and unprofessional organization as a whole and seems to line up well with their low Glassdoor reviews.
