phone interview and them a in-person interview. main questions in regarding to team work and customer service scenarios. They usually go through the core things they are looking for in the position that you are apply for. in my case my manager explain the role for me and then asked if I would make a good fit with the information that she provided me.
The interview process is two interviews long, one with a recruiter and one with the manager and hiring leader. After that they will let you know if you are offered the position.

It was very quick and to the point; there was a phone interview first and then in person interview. It was standard interview process honestly. They didn’t waste time either.

Entrevista
Applied online for OBgyn receptionist. Was sent a email a couple hours later to schedule phone interview with recruiter and that went well. Was then moved on to a panel interview. During the panel interview only 1 of 3 of the managers showed up and the lady interviewing me was sick. It’s been 2 weeks since and have been ghosted completely by this company.
