      Entrevista

      Was first screened by HR, then later set up an in-person interview with the Rehab Director. Rehab Director was very kind and personable and wanted to ensure that the position was given to someone who was passionate and thorough. Was introduced to the rehab team and taken on a tour after interview. Great experience overall.

      Entrevista

      I had applied to a position months ago. I was contacted by the clinical director to see if I was still interested. After a week, I was contacted by HR for a phone screening. They were thorough but they did not have background on this specific field. We scheduled an in-person interview. The beginning of the interview was with the HR person. The interview was similar to the phone-screening, a little deeper. The person made me feel very comfortable. After that, they took me to another building, met the clinical director and someone else and basically sat me at a crowded office where they bombarded me with more questions that they were making up at the moment. At one point one of them started to role play with me a possible situation. They kept asking why I wanted to work there, like I should not be interested on working for them. They reviewed all the challenges and difficulties of working on an inpatient hospital. They used a lot of scare tactics but talked nothing about what I would get from the job or anything remotely positive. After that chaos of "interview" they tried to find someone who would be willing to continue interviewing me. Found a therapist and they "passed" me to her, who was as confused as everyone else and had nothing prepared. We had a nice conversation in which she explained how the job was like to her and what may be challenging. She was very nice and honest. They told me I would hear from them soon but it took them more than a month to get back to me and offer the job.
