Long process about 3 months after job fair. They show you a presentation then take you one by one and ask you job related questions. From the time I applied to the time I got on the ship was about 6 months.

Very easy process. I suggest to be the first one logged in to secure an interview. The longest part was the presentation the interview itself is 6-7 mins. Interviewers are very nice but stern as any interviewer is.
