I applied to Notionhive online through LinkedIn in December 2024. The hiring process was smooth and well-structured. It began with an online interview, during which the team asked thoughtful and relevant questions. Shortly afterward, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office.
The in-person interview was a standout experience. The team displayed a very friendly and professional approach, which made me feel comfortable and allowed me to express myself freely. The questions were insightful, focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit.

Face to Face interview. They started off with some intro questions then they described scenarios and how would I taclke them. One of the questions was about how to stick to deadlines

It was not standard. They want you to know everything on your own and also ask for longer working hours. They prefer marketing background and does not consider anyone else.
