Starts off with basic English and Maths exam, with a road signs test (make sure you can tell them what it is, it’s not a multiple choice) then a personality index and possibly removed D2 test. Interview is pretty much as expected.

Applied online. The next day I get a phone call and an online assessment. This assessment is in 4 parts on Google Forms, ranging from identifying traffic signs to adding up the cost of bus tickets. Passed the asssessment and went for an interview 2 days later. 4 others are in the room also for the interview. 3 part process. Part 1 is a D2 test. Part 2 is an AI computerised Drivers Risk Index, the results of which don't make any sense and make claims to your driving style based on assumptions. Part 3 is a psychometric personality test. Assured this doesn't make up their decisions in the hiring process when it clearly does. Discrimination. Overheard staff laughing and discussing my personality test results in the room next door. Part 4 is an interview with the HR manager and garage manager. They use the personality test to quiz you during the interview. Also, they ask questions about their policies (which they inform you that there's no right or wrong because you don't know their policies). Then told I'd be informed of the outcome next week after they have interviewed the next batch of people for the week. 10 minutes after leaving I get a rejection email kindly assuring me that it had nothing to do with my personality profile. No feedback was given.
