The first interview was a video interview with an Advisor, he spoke at length about the industry and I was asked questions relating to my experience within the wealth management industry, my reason for applying for the role and if I thought I was a good fit for the position considering the work hours.

Basic (15 mins), explained the Financial Services Industry. A brief explanation of what is needed to succeed in the business and what the "perks" are once and if you succeed and have a book of business. Interview lasted for around 15 mins long. Got a call a week after to start the following week.
