General HR Phone screen, online call, site visit. Phone screen and online call were fairly relaxed and informal. Site visit was more formal and featured some panel style and some individual interviews with different site leaders/departments.

Entrevista
Two interviews. The first was with HR and more like behavioral-type questions (15-minute phone call interview). The second was with the site engineer who asked more project-based questions from the resume (45 min interview).
