I had an initial interview with HR and the Hiring Manager to discuss my background and CV. While the conversation itself was fine, the post-interview experience was very disappointing. After waiting for two weeks, I followed up with HR to ask for an update, but I never received a response. It is disrespectful to leave candidates in the dark, especially after they have invested time in your process. Even a template rejection email is better than no response at all.

Plain and Simple, she explained the salary, the training, etc. Normal 9-5, base salary with a small bonus if you are excellent at your sales (+250-300). It didn't last longer that 15 minutes

- 1st Typical interview with the HR
- 2nd Interview with Hiring Manager. It was a great conversation that I enjoyed. They informed me that there might be a 3rd interview, which I thought was weird (either there is or there isn't 3rd interview, right?)
- The 3rd and final interview was again with HR, where they tried to negotiate and lower my salary expectation because as they said, it was above their range (although they confirmed it was within range in the 1st interview). They told me they would inform me about the final decision after a few days.
They never communicated ever since. I tried to communicate and ask for some feedback, but they never responded.
I think that this behavior is humiliating for a big organization as Nova, and could harm their reputation

The hiring manager deep-dived a lot into my background and asked for details, but shared a lot of details about Nova and product strategy as well.
