Panel interview with a 10 minute presentation on The Challenges in Developing a Paediatric Formulation. They didn't ask many questions on my scientific knowledge, which was a surprise. They were more interested in how I could fit into the organisation in the future. e.g. had I worked on patents, clinical documentation etc..
