My experience interviewing with Novacore was unfortunately very poor and reflective of a disorganized hiring culture. I went through a total of five rounds of interviews, dedicating a significant amount of time to meeting various team members and discussing my qualifications.
Despite the time investment, the company ultimately decided to reject all final-round candidates and publicly restarted the entire hiring process from scratch. It is incredibly frustrating to be put through such an extensive, multi-stage assessment only for the company to decide they didn't know what they were looking for in the first place. This indicates a lack of alignment on job requirements and a profound disregard for the time and energy candidates invest in their application process.
I would recommend that prospective candidates proceed with caution, as this process suggests deep inefficiencies and a lack of respect for professional time.
