very nice experience no computers, it was face to face.It did take several weeks and many phone calls later to get an interview. back the there were not computers you did everything by paper and fax machines. I was lucky that I had a friend that worked there and she helpped me get my foot in the door and get an interview with the charge nurse in the OR.
