go in and talk with a Nursing Supervisor, they ask a couple of behavioral interview questions, and ask a lot of questions to get to know you, if they show you around the hospital after the interview you basically got the job

Just basic behavioral questions, mostly ethical type questions. A few can be: tell me about a time you failed & how you handled it, tell me about your proudest achievement, you make a serious mistake on the job -- what do you do to rectify the situation?
