When I was first reached out to, I was informed that our initial meeting would not be an interview but an 'informal chat to get to know one another', after which I proceeded onto the next round of interviews where I was asked more about my experience. The team were very kind and friendly throughout the whole process and took time to answer all questions.

They were curious about my previous experience and wanted to see if it can match with the needed competencies of the actual job. Very professional and relaxed atmosphere. The company focuses a lot on ethics, fairness and performance.
