Applied for the job and about 4 weeks later received a telephone call from the hiring manager to arrange a 30-45 min. phone screen. Completed the phone screen and the manager could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Next, a face-to-face interview was set up a few weeks later, and was a panel of 3 managers of varying levels from across the nation. They were late to the interview and did not seem very well prepared - there was no format or rhyme or reason to the questions. They kept asking the same questions over and over again (which I answered each time). One of the interview panelists was extremely sarcastic and joked constantly during the interview, which was extremely distracting.
