worst interview you need to know internal people and contacts . very unfair people. You must try to bribe a few to be in ...its sad how people are here very straight and dull....don't go on the shine and luster trust your instincts

Talent Aquisition called me for the position and after 30 minutes of discussion mentioned they would definitely come back to me for second round. Never heard back from them. Sent an email asking to provide some feedback never came back to me. This was in September 2024. Intrestingly exact the same thing happened in 2021 for a similar role. Told me I was definitely shortlisted for second round and never came back. Overall very unprofessional and considering they had the some behaviour for both interviews made me realise that perhaps it was good not to be part of unprofessional culture.
