There was none. I applied online and followed up with a long-time respected employee of Novartis, as well; they shepherded my information through the organization. This took place in December 2018. Just received my rejection letter/email on May 20, 2019. No call, no correspondence, no feedback of any type - sad, really sad! Regardless if this is the "norm" in the application process, this is simply bad business practice for a company of this stature.
