Had a 30 min interview with HR and was told I'll be contacted in the next few days with the next steps. Never happened. I wrote an follow-up email but never got an answer.

Interviews are done via phone, in-person and video. Recruiter or hiring manager assess your qualifications and if they get to know you more, you will get the first call from recruiter and second call with HR. If you pass all the screening, you will get a chance to have face to face interview with a manager and a video call
