Based on my experience interviewing with Novartis for several positions in the last 8 months, I would say they have the worst in class selection and interviewing process, My interviews with the TA and hiring managers always left me with the impression that we would move on to next steps, and then they go radio silent. I even wonder if the roles exist are just ghost jobs lie to investors.

There is an initial screening interview with HR followed by interviews with several other team members which the position will be working with including the hiring manager. There was a second meeting with HR to discuss my offer.
