Told me what they do and how they were different than other tutors. I did not receive any emails nor phone calls after the interview. 2 weeks have passed and I still don't have any response from Novastar Prep. Very rude.

Process took 2 days, they recruited me and I interviewed with them at the Reston, VA office. Really relaxing environment, the staff were patient and kind. They just wanted to get to know me and why I wanted to become a tutor. Most of the interview was the interviewer explaining what the companies policies were and how tutoring with them works. Very flexible and you work on your own time. Perfect for individuals who are pursuing degrees and would like to earn some additional income. Would highly recommend for anyone to apply.

Filled out an online application and got a response with 2-3 days via email asking to fill out a more detailed application and to schedule an interview. Once I scheduled the interview, I went in and was basically hired right after speaking with the interviewer. The detailed applications seemed to have provided much of the information they would have normally asked for in an interview.
