Unprofessional recruitment etiquette: continually cut off while providing background experience, typed each word I said only to cut me short as I provided background details because she couldn’t keep up typing. Previously aligned salary with Recruitment agency was denied during phone call.
Advice to Novavax recruiters: Don’t type every single word down loudly, read the resume beforehand,

Recruitment process was fast and I could ask questions. Other than skills test, none of the questions were difficult.
HR asked several questions about current compensation (salary, bonus, etc) rather than fair negotiation only asking salary expectations. Asked blatantly even after deflections and they push for all negotiations to happen prior to receiving a formal offer. Both of those were red flags. Min. three references have to complete online questionnaire, putting onus on candidate to have this complete rather than the company to get the information.
