I was invited to interview for the role and when the date of my interview came, I was sent an email 2 hours before the interview and asked if I could reschedule for later in the week. We scheduled a new time and then an hour before the new interview time I was emailed and told that the interview was cancelled because the role had ben filled. I understand how quickly hiring moves, I do this job myself currently. However, this experience was so disrespectful of my time. Companies need to realize that we're rearranging our entire day to attend these interviews. On top of that, we're taking additional time out of our day to research and prepare for these interviews. Please don't schedule interviews if you don't 100% intend on seeing them through.

The process is very impersonal. All communication during the process comes from their no-reply automated system, including the rejection notice after you take the time to interview with them. It doesn't point to a positive candidate experience to get to the interview stage and not even have the loop be closed by a person at the organization.
