Entrevista
5 rounds. Corporate sales recruiter, SVP Sales (twice), sales engineering manager. and a pitch exercise. Delivered pitch to panel, received compliments and just a few routine questions. At end of pitch exercise expectation was set to meet with SVP the following week, then a final online meeting with the CEO. Crickets followed. I did not receive a response to any follow ups to schedule the next meeting, nor did I hear any feedback or resolution whatsoever. This is a gross failure of professionalism to close the loop. I did my part, but they set improper expectations and failed execute the ABCs. They left me hanging. Caveat Candidatus."

Be prepared to discuss risk mitigation during the pitch exercise
They reached out to me offering me an interview and then cut all communications. Extremely unprofessional. Clearly a company that doesn't have good and respectable values. You are worth more than this place. Don't work here.

Entrevista
The initial phone interview was with a corporate recruiter. He was very pleasant, candid, and professional but still laid back. A few days later, a virtual interviewed with the hiring manager. It was very casual talk about my background and experience as well as the corporate culture. Nothing too technical but could tell my background probably didn't quite fit. She was very pleasant and professional as well and the experience was VERY positive. This seems like a "cool" place to work and that they take care of their team.
