I showed up about 15 minutes early. Nobody knew why I was there. My interviewer showed up very late and the other interviewer didn't even bother to show up in person. Very unprofessional. The questions were not difficult but it was obvious they were looking to hire someone internally or with multiple years of managing experience. Disappointing.

A lovely recruiter gave me a call mentioned she seen my resume and wanted to schedule an interview. She asked a lot of questions to see if I would be a great fit for the position on the spot. She scheduled an interview within 2 weeks (after Thanksgiving holiday) at the branch to meet with the branch manager and a panel of other executives with the company via phone. They all asked several question, they seemed to really want to get to know me and my previous banking experience. I was comfortable, did not feel intimidated & ultimately feel like I would be great for the team. After the interview, the branch manager introduced me to the team which was amazing. Everyone practiced safe covid procedures.
FYI they made it clear this is a sales job, so keep that in mind when answering the questions.

I applied for the position and about a week later I got an email asking me to take a personality and aptitude test. Another week after that I received a phone call from their HR person. We had a nice phone interview. She was pleasant. My complaint would be that this company takes too long to respond to applicants. The process was more drawn out than necessary.
