Entrevista
The experience was not particularly pleasant. Here is the process.
I applied through LinkedIn, and the recruiter reached out the next day, the recruiter was polite. They scheduled my interview the next day. Two people joined one asked me "java" questions. his senior joined and asked "android related" questions and proceeded to ask about gRPC (since I mentioned that I had integrated gRPC into my project). Their deminer was negative and asked question as if they do not want to hire new people. They are just taking interviews to show that they are expanding and maybe just for their engineers to give the experience of taking interviews. The senior interviewer asked me 2-3 questions only one I couldn't answer the internal working of ViewModel question was very open-ended. and said that it was a very basic Android question and I should know the answer. I want to mention that everyone has different experiences, if they wanted to hire they should have made an effort but they already had made up their mind. They asked me to turn on the camera and they didn't even bother turning their camera out of respect. I guess I dodged a bullet, Their culture is not so appealing to me.
