Very straight forward, 2 stage interview process. This included 2 x 30 minute interviews with standard situational type questions, asking for background on my experience, skills and attributes. I made sure to ask at least 3 questions at the end, and follow-up afterwards with a thank you email to demonstrate my excitement for the role.
