The interview process was a serious process to under take, involving an hour of assessments, 2 panel interviews, and 1 on1 sessions to follow, the first round was pretty friendly, the questions seemed fair, however the second round was much more in depth, a new member to the panel pressed me on a question, and at one point the interview felt kind of heated, and I wanted to leave. I’ve never had an experience like this at an interview, and I believe it was intentional. I decided after that I was no longer interested in the position. They agreed, and I received a notification via email I was not selected for the position. I was never informed of a pay rate. I would advise against applying, however maybe the pay is worth it.
