Assessment day was a joke. It all started pretty well, and then we were rushed. Overall the assessment day was useless to me. The tasks were good but not representing of what a personal trainer actually acts like in a real situation. As someone else mentioned on this page, people act differently in different situations. Also there is always someone that likes to take control of everything and you don't really get a say. We were told we had 10 min for the individual task. That changed to 5 min. For the team task everything was rushed once again. I did want to do something else with the class presentation, but nobody in my group was interested enough or listened to one another which obviously had some effect on the whole experience. Even though I understand the point of all the assessment day, I believe something should be changed. This is not how a person acts in real life. There were better people than me, I must admit, but I also believe I could have done better in different circumstances. The whole assessment took 4 h but there was a lot of sitting and waiting.

First we had an interview in a meeting room where he asked me a series of questions.
Then we went onto the gym floor and he asked me to go up to people in the gym and talk to them. Then I had to pick 3 exercises to teach and demonstrate with him as the client.

The manager was very rude and the reviews are dreadful. So glad i didnt get the job. I'd ill-advise working or even training here because the whole vibe seems depressing.

Entrevista
First interview was a group setting where you had to market your own gym and other type tasks also demonstrate you could teach exercises. Second interview is a case study of a potential client and you have 10 minutes to plan a short session with them and demonstrate.
