The total interview process was about a month long. First a phone interview with the recruiter about 30
Mins. Second part was a personality exam and CCAT exam. CCAT was intense and if you didn’t practice questions, it would be challenging. Third part was an interview with 1 individual and the hiring manager who looked like she rolled out of bed about 2 mins before. Last part ( or what they said ) was to complete 3 cases studies. Which were extremely vague questions that could present so many variables given the job position. After submitting the case studies, I was then advised I had to present the case studies to 2 individuals including the hiring manager which was a total of 45 mins. The day of my presentation the hiring manager didn’t even show up so I already knew right then I didn’t get the job. Honestly, it was extremely rude and inconsiderate that you spend a great deal of time going through this process and the hiring manager doesn’t even show for the final meeting. But again, it was definitely a blessing in disguise because who wants to report to someone who treats others like that? That’s the big difference between managers and leaders. It took a week to make a decision, which nobody emailed me until I reached out. Seriously? It was a laughable process to say the least. I actually would love to the data that present this type of lengthy process actually produces good candidates.
