Phone Screen with a junior recruiter who asked basic questions and then shared an abysmal base salary range for the level of seniority they will need to be successful. Asked about average deal sizes, quotas, etc.

Asked no technical questions and asked broad questions about my background. Had to really work to understand the parts of my career to showcase that would be helpful to her to understand if my background aligns. Energy level was low and I do not understand why initial phone screens are not over Zoom where candidates can see the recruiter.
4 interviews and a case study presentation , many 1:1 interviews with different levels of leadership. These discussions are centered around your experience and how would you handle key client questions to include pushback on cost.

Poor first impression, very poor follow up:
- low interest/engagement from the recruiter during the phone screen
- next step was the aptitude test
- zero follow up after test....very much the "ghosting" that everyone complains of these days
