The interview process began with a pre-screen with recruiter, then moved to an initial short interview with director. Afterward, the process involved a case study to compile a report/presentation, questionnaire revisions, and data analysis. Once complete, the process then involved a case study presentation to a panel of interviewers.

Entrevista
The HR screen and 30-min first-round interview with hiring manager were fairly easy and standard questions about your experience. Then a 1-hour panel interview with 4 people where you mostly present and then answer some behavioral questions. This was the biggest waste of time because they ask you to spend 3-8 hours on two projects: a proposal and presentation of 2-5 slides based on 59 data tables. It actually takes longer than this amount of time, and although the amount of slides may not seem like that much, sorting through all of the tables to find the most compelling story is very time-consuming. They said my presentation was good enough for me to have the panel interview (note: if they don’t, they will cancel your interview, which is such a slap in the face) but then provided generic feedback like the charts could have been more compelling with or there was too much text. It just felt like just a large investment of time to get nothing in return, and the interviewers seemed disengaged and somewhat distracted during the panel interview. I wish I had trusted my gut and not wasted my time with the project, but I have the feeling that they ask many candidates to do this report because it’s such a small time investment for them.

The interview process follows what is listed on the careers site: first a series of personality and logic style quizzes, then an invitation to an interview with talent acquisition, then speaking to team leads. The talent acquisition interviewer explained the role and teams one would work with in detail and asked one broad question about my experience.
